Our story
A family-owned restoration company based in Waxhaw, NC
It started in Waxhaw in 2014
24-7 AquaDry began as a family business working out of one town, and Waxhaw is still where the primary office sits. The company grew outward from there rather than being dropped into the market from somewhere else.
Two owners, and you can get hold of both
Dan DiPrima runs the sales and marketing side, Dan Friedman runs operations. On a bad night the person who answers is not four levels removed from the person who decides.

The owners
Meet Dan and Dan
Two owners, same first name. Between them they have run losses from burst pipes in Waxhaw kitchens to hurricane work several states away, and they have owned 24-7 AquaDry together since 2014.
Dan DiPrima
Co-owner Marketing and sales
Dan came up through a national restoration company, working logistics, daily operations, sales and training before starting his own restoration business in 2014. He is trained in applied structural drying, mold remediation and fire damage restoration, and holds IICRC, IOT Mold Level 2 and Xactimate certifications. He has run losses in hospitals, schools, power plants, shopping centers and houses of worship, and worked catastrophe deployments including Hurricane Ike, the Cedar Rapids floods and Hurricane Sandy, where he organized mold remediation for 80 homes through a non-profit. In 2013 he managed a large-loss smoke and fire project at the United Nations Building.
Dan Friedman
President and co-founder Operations
Dan co-founded the company in 2014 and is its president. He studied at Johnson & Wales University and works out of the Fort Mill office, the largest of the three. Customers who name him in a review tend to name the same thing: that the number he quotes is the number at the end.

Every job, the same five steps
How we do it
Water, fire, mold or storm, every job runs the same five steps: from the first call through to the repairs, handled by one company.
Response
Someone picks up, any hour of any day, and the job is assigned. This is the step the whole sequence depends on, because everything below gets more expensive the longer it waits.
Assessment
Thermal imaging and moisture meters to find where the water actually went, which is rarely where you can see it. What gets found here is what the estimate is built from.
Mitigation & Containment
Stop the spread. Standing water out, affected areas sealed off, and anything that will not survive removed before it damages what would have.
Cleaning & Drying
Air movers and dehumidifiers on the wet structure, with readings taken daily and logged, until the material is back to a target moisture level rather than merely dry to the touch.
Restoration & Repairs
Put the building back. Drywall, flooring, paint and cabinetry, by the same company that dried it.
