Will my insurance cover this?
Usually, for sudden and accidental water damage such as a burst pipe or a failed appliance. What your policy covers is between you and your insurer, so the honest answer is to open a claim and let the adjuster confirm it. We bill most carriers directly for the restoration work, which means you are not fronting the cost while that happens.
Do I have to deal with the insurance company myself?
You hire us, so we work for you and not for the insurer. We schedule the adjuster walkthrough, send your carrier the photos, moisture readings and drying logs they ask for, and bill them directly for the restoration work. Your policy terms and what is covered stay between you and your insurer.
How fast can someone get here?
Someone answers every hour of every day, weekends included. Our commitment is at your door within 60 minutes, and the sooner we have an address the sooner a crew is assigned. Water spreads by the hour, so calling early is what keeps a small loss small.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, find how far the water has traveled and tell you what the job involves, at no cost and with nothing owed if you decide not to go ahead. Nothing starts until you say so, and if you file a claim we bill your carrier directly for the restoration work.

Yes, and the numbers are public. North Carolina general contractor #83926, South Carolina #CLG-123544, and IICRC certified firm #56517068 for the cleaning and restoration work. We have also been BBB accredited at A+ since 2015.
Do you handle the repairs, or only the drying?
Both. We are licensed general contractors in North Carolina and South Carolina, so we do the water work and the rebuild that follows it: drywall, flooring, paint and cabinets. That is one company and one number for the whole job.
