Had a pex pipe leak. The second one and from what I understand of that product there will probably... be more. One year ago today in fact. But, called. This happened Saturday morning. Turned water off and called ole reliable Aqua Dry and the were here first thing Monday morning. Did their thing on the wet. Let fans run for a couple of days to insure everything is dry. We had a leak coming from behind our dishwasher for over a week, and only realized it when we saw a... massive bulge in our kitchen floor on Christmas weekend. We contacted several companies and AquaDry replied within hours (on a holiday!). They sent their water mitigation crews the following day. The crews meticulously removed cabinetry making sure to keep everything as intact as possible for the restoration. By the end of the week, the floors and crawl space were dry and they could begin repairs. AquaDry was very professional and easy to communicate with. Joe, Roy, and Eric were the people from AquaDry who worked on the preliminary demolition of the... kitchen floor tiles to assess further damages caused by the flooding due to hot water pipe bursting yesterday morning.They were very professional, efficient, courteous and polite. They ensured the cabinets, countertops, and entrance openings to the next room were properly covered to minimize dust accumulation, as shown in the photos attached. They carefully moved the refrigerator and covered it as well, amazing attention to detail.After certain areas of the ceramic tiles were removed for assessing how much water damages occurred. Afterwards, they cleaned up the kitchen area very well leaving it ready for the next demolition process to continue tomorrow (e.g. cabinets, countertops & more tiles to be removed. Photos show the clean up after their work.Thank you Dan DiPrima for sending efficient and very professional workers our way. Also, Joe Small from Integrity Plumbing & Repairs came soon. Did what he had to do with disconnecting whatever is needed for the repair guys tomorrow. Chris and his crew of Caesar and Joe showed up on time, we’re professional, and went to great lengths to protect our home as they removed drywall and tile. Everything was covered with painters plastic, and wood floors were covered with protective tarp. Earlier this week my husband and I discovered water damage to our kitchen ceiling. We suspected the... leak was coming from the HVAC drain line that leads to the outside. We shut down the system and called Dan from 247 Aquadry. Dan showed up within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem. He discovered a small amount of mold in the attic and immediately came up with a plan. Dan was again at our home the very next morning with his crew. They treated the mold attic and set up commercial grade fans and dehumidifiers throughout. Once the moisture was no longer detected in the walls or attic, a portion of the wall was opened up. As a result, a small amount of mold growth was discovered. The sheetrock was safely removed and the wood was treated and sealed by a special paint. Dan then set up an air filtration system to clean the air. We want to thank Dan and his team for their quick response, professional service and care removing the mold with minimal damage.We highly recommend 247 Aquadry to everyone!!!
